3rd Street Marketplace

The partnership acquired a prime 5 acre parcel located at MacArthur Boulevard and Interstate 40 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The newly completed development includes a Marriott Springhill Suites Hotel, a Jack-in-the-Box restaurant, and a 100% leased retail specialty center with tenants including AT&T and Panda Express. The development is located across the street from a Wal-Mart and Home Depot anchored Power Center.

Northwest Expressway Center

The partnership purchased a prime location with an existing single use building and converted it to a three tenant specialty center. The 100% leased center is anchored by Starbucks and includes U.S. Cellular and Angel Nails.

Mt. Zion Development

This prime site located at I-75 and Mount Zion Boulevard in Atlanta, Georgia was developed and parceled. Sales were completed Hendon Properties, Waffle House, and Steak & Shake. The partners subsequently purchased the Steak & Shake restaurant in a sale-leaseback transaction. The transaction also included a second Steak & Shake location near Gwinnett Place Mall.

McDonough Crossings

Century-Lenze’s first project involved the purchase of a 5 acre block in McDonough, Georgia to be developed as a P.U.D. The company developed stores for Eckerd Drugs and Advance Auto. Additional parcels were sold to a regional restaurant chain and a local developer.
