Founded in 1996, Century-Lenze is an Atlanta, Georgia based commercial real estate services company. The company is active in property acquisition, management, leasing, development and investment sponsorship. Century-Lenze has established an outstanding track record of consistent success. The company has invested in several property types but the emphasis has always been specialty retail. The company’s tenant base includes many prominent retailers such as: AT&T, Starbucks, Panda Express, Advance Auto, US Cellular, Heartland Dental, and many others. Century-Lenze joint venture partners include The Humphreys Company and Praxis Development.


Kevin G. Lenze
Principal Owner 

Kevin Lenze is the company's Founder and Principal Owner

Kevin brings over twenty five years experience to Century-Lenze and its clients. His commercial real estate career  began in 1983 with The Chaseland Corporation and  subsequently Cadillac Fairview U.S. Shopping Centers, Ltd.  In 1996 he founded the Century-Lenze Companies.

Kevin serves on the Board of Directors of The Humphreys Fund, LLC, a diversified  real estate equity fund located in Oklahoma City, OK. He also co-chairs the Fund's Investment Committee.

Lenze is a 1980 Graduate of Penn State University where he majored in Real Estate. He is a CCIM and an alumnus of the CCIM Instructor Cadre. He serves on the Editorial Review Board of the Commercial Investment Real Estate Journal.

Kevin and his wife Michele reside in Peachtree City, Georgia. They have three children: Jessica, Kristen and Daniel.



Jessica M. Lenze
Due Diligence and Underwriting

Jessica Lenze handles the company’s due diligence and underwriting.

Jessica comes to Century-Lenze from Jamestown Properties where she was part of the company’s acquisition team. Jessica helped underwrite deals for the Premier Property Fund where she was involved in several landmark acquisitions. Noteworthy projects included Ghirardelli Square in San Francisco, California,  the seven-property San Luis Obispo Collection in San Luis Obispo, California, 799 Market Street in San Francisco, California, the historic Spenger’s Fish Grotto Block, in Berkeley, California and One Metro Center, in Washington D.C.

Jessica also spent time doing tenant representative work at Retail Insight. She worked with many of firm’s clients on site selection/lease negotiation. Notable tenants included Chipotle, Best Buy, Zoe’s Kitchen, K-Mart, Shane’s Rib Shack, Advance Auto, Jet’s Pizza and Jersey Mike’s.

Jessica started her real estate career in 2008 with RaceTrac Petroleum specializing in site selection and contract negotiations. During her two and a half years, her concentration was in the State of Florida.

Jessica attended Vanderbilt University on a soccer scholarship and was named to the All SEC Freshman Team. Jessica graduated Summa Cum Laude from the Terry School of Business at the University of Georgia in 2009. She served as President of the University’s Real Estate Society.

Jessica serves on the Board of Directors of the Association of Young Real Estate Professionals. She is currently pursuing the CFA Designation having passed the Level One exam in June 2013.
